PROUD mvmt, is an online and in-person movement space for LGBTQ+ folks and our allies, especially those navigating pre or post-op top surgery life.

We move without apology, because we deserve to take up space. In our bodies, and in the world.

For me, inclusivity in fitness is everything!

I created PROUD MVMT because the majority of gyms & gym cultures are just not built for folks like us.

They’re full of judgment, body shaming, toxic diet culture and narrow ideas of what strength is supposed to look like.

As a queer person, I got tired of trying to exist in spaces that weren’t made with us in mind — so I made one that is!
